Your Role
As Deployment Manager within our European Mobility team, you will manage the deployment of our charging infrastructure in France. Focus is on our Workplace Charging program, which aims to equip over 100 distribution centers with charging facilities for passenger cars. Your responsibilities include planning and managing the rollout, aligning with customers and local teams, and managing suppliers. You will report to the Director of Project Development & Execution in Europe and work closely with our team of real estate experts in France.
Main Tasks

Project management and deployment planning: scoping, budgeting, and milestone planning for individual charging sites and multi‑site rollout programs.
Customer focus: align with tenants in design and execution to minimize disturbances and maximize satisfaction.
Ensure on‑time deployment, high quality, and within‑budget delivery.
Manage selected partners for engineering, permitting, electricity supply, civil works, electrical work, and commissioning.
Approve charging site designs, ensuring alignment with Prologis blueprints and local technical codes.
Organize best quotes and award projects to our selected EPC partners.
Ensure necessary permitting and grid connection processes are executed.
Coordinate and execute potential subsidy applications.
Apply quality and safety standards to all external contractors.
Complete and quality‑commissioning, including acceptance documentation and proper storage in Prologis systems.
Continuous monitoring and transparent reporting on timing, budget, and challenges.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants and suppliers, ensuring smooth embedding in the local Prologis country organization.

Key Requirements

Experience in E‑Mobility and infrastructure projects.
Project management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Languages: fluent in French, professional working proficiency in English.
