Your opportunitySidel is seeking a proactive Spare Part Administrator who can turn customer spare-part requests into fast, effective solutions, managing requests from the ECA Region.Your MissionManage customer requests for spare partsPrepare in theERP and send out customer offers for spare parts or deal with offer requestsfrom webservicesManage customer inquiries on spare parts pricing, availabilityand order processingFollow-up onselected customer offers for spare parts to maximize salesPlace customer orders forspare parts in ERP and send order confirmations orDeal with orders placedthrough webservicesFollow-up customer ordersfor delivery on-time and in-full and all time proactive backlog managementManage customer paymentsterms with financial dptCoordinate logisticsaccording to specificities of the country and requirements from customerProcess customer requestsfor return of spare parts and other spare parts-related claimsManage customerinformation in the ERP, participate to reportsPromotion &assistance to customers for SSOFollow up onnon-conformity issues and work to provide resolution to customerLeverage privilegedcustomer interface position to maximize sales potential (offer follow up)Participate to customerreview on commercial actions (ASM, CCM, PA)Your ProfileAccademic BackgroundUpper Secondary (employement relevant skills)CollegeDegree, major in trade, language, logistics or/and informationTechnologyLanguagesRequisitionsGood knowledge in trade, supply, industrial retail, preferablyspare parts and logisticsAble to workindependently and under pressureAble to manage priorities and multiple customer requestsExpertise inExcel and ERP Systems , SAP is a plusCertificatein Logistics is a plusKnowledge oforder management processesExcellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
