The team is broadly responsible for enhancing sales performance and managing their respective sales units or areas.Responsibilities:Creating and managing branch business plansMaximizing branch revenues, sales, client satisfaction, and minimizing operational lossesMonitoring and benchmarking sales performanceDeploying resources to optimize individual and team performanceOverseeing technical, disciplinary, and competence-based management, including employee qualification and developmentEnsuring branch compliance with bank policies, procedures, and operational integrityManaging promotional campaigns and product initiativesMaintaining and developing relationships with existing clientsRepresenting the bank in local community organizationsSales Responsibilities:Ensuring service quality and client satisfactionIdentifying and maximizing cross-selling opportunities through client profilingManaging resources to balance revenue targets and business continuityMaintaining knowledge of all banking productsOverseeing operational logisticsSkills Required:Analytical skills: ability to analyze data for cost-saving opportunities and develop strategic solutionsOrganizational skills: managing and tracking large volumes of activities systematicallyFinancial and cost management knowledge: expertise in budgeting and cost analysisCollaboration and communication: effective skills working with clients and other bank unitsWell-being & BenefitsWe promote a culture supporting work-life balance, mental health, physical health, social connection, and financial security.
