Your Mission
As our Applied Psychologist, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that say, “This changed me.” Your work will integrate:

Protocols – guided frameworks that rewire perception, emotion, and action
Loops – adaptive, AI‑powered coaching cycles that evolve with each user
Personalization – experiences that feel uniquely theirs each time
AI agents – specialised agents that enhance the student journey with actionable insights

Your 4 Main Missions

Learning Experience Architecture backed by science – Own the learning system from architecture to execution
Design the journey, not just the content, making it science‑backed and captivating
Script learning experiences that engage heart and brain, each element serving transformation
Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem
Craft a premium, high‑impact course experience
Co‑craft courses with experts, translating their genius into cinematic, science‑based journeys
Lead end‑to‑end design of the course, from strategy to final content delivery
Own scripting, copywriting, and educational asset creation, including modules, assessments, reflection prompts, and supplemental materials
Conduct desk and user research to inform goals, personas, and curriculum structure
Craft AI conversations and loops, write prompt chains, refine tone and flow until every exchange feels human and transformative
Review conversations with AI to refine agents
Measure, iterate, and analyse for transformation and stickiness; define KPIs beyond completion
Apply habit‑formation and behavioral principles to drive daily practice and retention

Ideal Candidate
Experience

3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred)
Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results
Comfortable with AI tools, Figma
Proven track record designing and delivering digital learning experiences across asset types (video, articles, assessments, interactive experiences)
Portfolio of one or more cinematic/narrative‑rich courses or programs

Traits

Craft‑obsessed – drive, do‑er mindset, bias for outcomes
Strong writing skills – editorial thinker, high‑quality content creation
Strong aesthetic sensibility – cares how the course feels
User and impact obsessed – outcome‑centric, transformation‑focused
Critical thinker – turns vague problems into clear hypotheses, challenges assumptions, rebuilds models on data and insight
Digital and AI savvy – can build AI agents or demonstrate learning ability

Language
French: native; English: fluent – written communication in English.
IT MIGHT NOT BE FOR YOU
If you desire clear instructions before chaos, prefer balance over intensity, or only want to optimize spreadsheets, this role may not fit you. We need someone who rewrites lines several times to build emotional depth.
